Coturnix and Celadon Quail

Have you ever seen anything cuter than quail??? We have two different varieties of Coturnix. We have the traditional brown speckled egg and the blue egg Celadon. The traditional Coturnix are mixed color pens. They are all amazing layers with each hen laying up to 300 eggs a year. And for those that live in an HOA, they're very small, quiet, and easily concealable. 

Quail eggs also have quite a few health benefits. They contain higher levels of protein, iron, vitamin B12, and healthy fats compared to chicken eggs. In some cases they have even been shown to help with allergies.
